If I have placed an order with HMH before, do I need to open a new account with Riverside Insights?
If you previously placed your orders with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt / HMH, then you will still be able to log in to the Riverside Insights Digital Storefront by using your old HMH login.
If your login doesn't work at first, try resetting your password by utilizing the forgot password link.
- If you are still unable to log in then you will need to give our customer services team a call at 800.323.9540
- If you are logged in but find you are unable to make a purchase you may need to resubmit your qualifications.
