I cannot locate a recently added examinee
If you have recently added an examinee to the system, but you cannot locate their records, there are a number of simple explanations for
- In most cases, the examiner will have entered the examinee into the referrals folder. The referrals folder usually resides in the oldest academic year. This is easily accessible on the dashboard page, in the upper left-hand section of the page.
- If this does not resolve the issue, then it is possible to use the administration function in order to search for the individual examinee.
If you are still unable to locate the individual and have searched under the administrator function for this person, then you will need to re-enter the examinee and ensure their details are saved correctly.
